Description

Placed order 30th January with expected availability 18th February. By 24th February i hadn’t received order or been told it was delayed so contacted you. Got a reply to say it had been delayed but given revised timelines I was expecting it by 10th March. By 12th March still nothing was received so I reached out again and didn’t receive any reply to this but then the order arrived 17th March a full one month after it was anticipated. I appreciate delays on items coming from the USA can happen but given the premium price paid for the item I would have expected a more proactive approach to your customer service in telling me it has been delayed etc rather than me having to do all the chasing. The item did arrive undamaged and well protected in bubble wrap but a box may have been more suitable rather than a4 envelope. First time using your company so just being honest with my feedback as would likely use again but definitely some improvements you could make to get 4 or 5 stars thanks
