Does this title come with a slipcover?
We work hard to ensure the pictures of the products on our site reflect the stock we hold. If a title is pictured with a slipcover, it will be shipped with one! In the event this isn’t the case, we’d always contact you to confirm prior to dispatch.
Can I add or swap out an item?
Of course! We are happy to make amendments to your order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP to do so!
Do you have a multi-buy discount?
We do! Buy 2 or more titles (excluding boxsets) and receive 5% off using code: BUNDLE
Can I change the shipping address?
Once your order has dispatched, we are unable to amend the shipping address. However, please contact us ASAP, as we may be able to request for the package to be stopped in transit and returned to us.

How will my order be packed?
It is of upmost importance to us that your order arrives safely with you. To ensure this, we take time with each order and pack them appropriately. We make use of a range of bubble-wrapped and cardboard slips, cardboard boxes, corrugated card, packaging filler, air pillows and so much more! Bottom line, no order is ever shipped without bubble wrap. We are the blu-ray packing specialists!

Do we ship internationally?
At present, we ship to all countries within Europe. If your country is not available as a shipping destination at checkout, please contact us directly.
Customs and charges?
We do our best to avoid any customs or import charges for our international customers. However, in the event customs charges are levied, it is the responsibility of the recipient to arrange payment.

Yes, alterations to pre-orders should be fine. Please get in contact ASAP for any order amendments.
My order didn’t arrive as expected
If you have received your order and there is an problem, please contact us and explain the issue. When possible, please also provide photos to help us understand exactly what the situation is.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP. If your order is yet to dispatch, we should be able to cancel it for you.
Return policy
You have the option to return any item purchased from Boutique Home Video within 14 days of receipt. If your item remains unopened, still in manufacturer packaging, please contact us to arrange your return.
Pre-Order Information
Availability dates
This denotes the date we expect to receive the title and it be ready for dispatch. Therefore, you should expect to receive tracking details on or before this date. Please bear in mind pre-orders are imported, and small customs and shipping delays can occur at random. If for any reason there is a significant delay shipping your order, we will of course keep you informed.

Cancellation
We are happy to cancel any pre-orders in all circumstances where possible. If your titles are not yet on their way to the UK, we can cancel the order easily. However, if your title is already in transit, we are unable to guarantee cancellation, as the item can no longer be returned to the original retailer.
Payment
Payment is taken at the point your order is placed. This allows us to purchase your titles before they become available and begin the process of bringing your film in-house as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer – please contact us directly if this is your preferred payment method.
